Reporting to: HRBP

Role Overview

As a Core HR Intern, you will support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in driving strategic HR initiatives focused on succession planning and the Year-End Performance Review Process. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent management frameworks, performance evaluation cycles, and workforce planning strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and timely execution of key HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Succession Planning Support



Assist in mapping critical roles and identifying potential successors.



Help maintain and update succession planning databases and talent profiles.



Support in preparing presentations and reports for leadership reviews.

2. Performance Review Process



Coordinate timelines and communications for the performance review cycle.



Assist in tracking completion rates and follow-ups with stakeholders.



Help with data collation and analysis for performance calibration sessions.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement



Work closely with HRBPs, managers, and employees to resolve basic queries.



Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

What We're Looking For



Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.



Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.



Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.



Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
