Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Hyderabad office. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Its a great opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast-growing, global technology firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding process for new hires and interns.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist in performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

  1. First 3 months of internship no compensation
  2. 4-6 months of internship INR 10K as compensation per month
