Role Overview

As an HR Intern at LaGran Software Solutions, you will assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. This internship provides hands-on experience with modern HR operations in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records.
  • Help plan and execute training sessions, engagement activities, and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and policy-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs and support HR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA-HR preferred) or currently pursuing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn HR practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HR tools such as Zoho People, HRMS, or Excel HR trackers.
  • Exposure to platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Internshala.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, employee engagement, or performance management.
  • Creative mindset for team events and engagement activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
