Bhuexpert is India's first managed, fraud-free real estate marketplace built on trust, AI, and legal compliance. We provide verified properties, pre-checked legal documentation, and lifetime support to buyers, sellers, and builders. We're expanding rapidly in Lucknow and Tier-2 cities and looking for dynamic professionals to drive growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard
builders, developers, and property agents
in Lucknow and nearby regions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital outreach, and local events.
- Pitch Bhuexpert's value proposition (fraud-free property verification, legal support, builder trust programs) to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to track real estate trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run
local campaigns and builder promotions. - Manage the
sales funnel
from prospecting to closing deals. - Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM.
- Key Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of
real estate in Lucknow/U.P.
preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Lucknow & nearby districts.
- QualificationsGraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in
sales, business development, or real estate. - Freshers with high energy and passion for sales may also apply.
