We provide verified properties, pre-checked legal documentation, and lifetime support to buyers, sellers, and builders. We're expanding rapidly in Lucknow and Tier-2 cities and looking for dynamic professionals to drive growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard 
    builders, developers, and property agents
     in Lucknow and nearby regions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital outreach, and local events.
  • Pitch Bhuexpert's value proposition (fraud-free property verification, legal support, builder trust programs) to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to track real estate trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run 
    local campaigns and builder promotions.
  • Manage the 
    sales funnel
     from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM.
  • Key Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of 
    real estate in Lucknow/U.P.
     preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Lucknow & nearby districts.
  • QualificationsGraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in 
    sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Freshers with high energy and passion for sales may also apply.
