Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our HR team and play a key role in driving our organization's recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing employee engagement programs, and providing HR support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment:
    - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
    - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Employee Engagement:
    - Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
    - Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
    - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee participation and feedback.
- HR Support:
    - Assist with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
    - Provide HR support to employees and management as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
