Responsibilities
- Set up new client accounts and ensure successful onboarding
- Handle WhatsApp Business API onboarding and documentation for clients
- Conduct product demos and training sessions
- Regularly interact with clients to resolve queries and ensure feature usage
- Track product usage and client feedback; work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain CRM and dashboards with up-to-date client information
- Coordinate with the tech team for any client-specific configurations
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational and client success tasks
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English
- Smart, self-driven, and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRM systems, and communication tools
- Prior experience in client servicing, support, or SaaS onboarding is a plus
- Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and learning attitude can also apply
