Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Lead/Provider Onboarding Head. The role involves overseeing the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing and executing hiring strategies, and managing employer branding. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The Talent Acquisition Lead will also be responsible for enhancing the overall recruitment experience for candidates and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Hiring and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in Employer Branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition is a must
  • Excellent Verbal communication with an international face
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
