We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service - SOP Executive to join our team at Whizz HR. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer service operations.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
