- Demonstrated experience in process improvement to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service best practices for superior client experience.
- Experience in client management to build and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Must have outstanding presentation skills for demonstrating services and communicating with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform service enhancements and strategic decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the customer service team in daily operational activities.
- Develop and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team, offering feedback and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and issue resolution.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance and area outcomes to management.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company protocols and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
