Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements related to residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
- Present company profile, services, and brochures to clients in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings for senior team members with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement (construction or real estate industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹216, ₹300,000.00 per year
