Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements related to residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
  • Present company profile, services, and brochures to clients in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings for senior team members with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement (construction or real estate industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216, ₹300,000.00 per year
