Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - IT Loan/LMS Software Sales
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of our IT Loan/LMS software solutions to banking and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, particularly in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with banking and financial institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our IT Loan/LMS software solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the banking industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback to product development teams to inform future product enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on banking and financial institutions
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with IT Loan/LMS software solutions
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
