About the Role

Finkraft is at the forefront of fintech innovation, revolutionizing GST compliance and financial automation. We are looking for a
Lead Fund Raising & Strategic Initiatives
to spearhead our growth strategy, product-market alignment, fundraising efforts, and revenue optimization.

This role requires a sharp, analytical leader with expertise in SaaS metrics, investor relations, competitor bench marking, and fintech innovation. You will define the product roadmap, drive investment decisions, and ensure scalable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Plan & Fundraising

  • Lead fundraising with VCs and Family Offices
  • Develop pitch decks, financial models, and investor reports
  • Craft data-driven financial storytelling
  • Structure funding rounds with CEO and CFO
  • Market & competitor analysis: competitor bench marking in fintech/SaaS

Financial Strategy

  • Create 5-year financial roadmap

Strategic Partnerships

  • Enterprise GTM Strategy & Market Positioning
  • Solution Crafting & Ecosystem Expansion

SaaS Metrics & Product Strategy

  • Track key metrics: CAC, ARR, LTV
  • Refine product features based on metrics
  • Establish data-driven pricing and retention strategies
  • Prioritize features based on ROI projections
  • Align tech investments with scalability goals

Requirements

  • SaaS & Fintech Expertise
    : Strong understanding of B2B fintech, SaaS pricing, and ARR-driven business models.
  • Investor Relations & Fundraising Experience
    : Proven track record in securing VC funding and managing investor communications.

    : Ability to translate market trends and SaaS metrics into actionable product and business strategies.
  • Product & Technology Acumen
    : Experience in product innovation, roadmap prioritization, and build vs. buy analysis.
