Under our vertical Tykle – a premium kids' stationery and school essentials brand – we are on a mission to build a strong B2B sales network and expand our dealer base across India.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor – Stationery Distribution to lead and grow our dealer network and B2B sales channel for Tykle. This role requires someone who is hands-on with team management, market expansion, and relationship building, with the ability to drive sales growth PAN India.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the sales team and guide them towards achieving targets.

Build and expand Tykle's dealer network and B2B distribution in the stationery segment.

Develop sales strategies and execute growth plans to capture new markets.

Provide training, mentoring, and performance monitoring for the sales team.

Maintain strong client communication and ensure exceptional service.

Analyze sales data and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proven ability in team management and training.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience in retail/distribution (stationery, FMCG, or related sectors preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
