Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and strengthen our presence in the retail and distribution network. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and collection targets.
  • Effectively promote and merchandise our product range.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely support.
  • Maintain accurate reports of visits, sales, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery, paper, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with the local retail and distribution market will be an advantage.
