Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams
  • Support sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and maintaining customer records
  • Follow up with clients for Overdue payments and documentation
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide information about products
  • Coordinate for credit/debit notes, invoices, and other documentation
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹37,397.68 per month
