Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician and Sales Executive based in Gurgaon, India. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. The Sales Executive role will involve selling AGRIM products and services to new and existing clients. Daily tasks include responding to support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, setting up new computer systems and network configurations, and maintaining sales records and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
  • Technical support skills, specifically for Desktop and Printer Support
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Relevant sales experience and knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with additional proficiency in local languages being advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
