Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote support for end-user systems, including hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and system performance.
  • Handle incident management and resolve helpdesk/service desk tickets within the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with senior IT team members and escalate issues as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Windows OS (7, 10, 11) and common office software.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, VPN, and antivirus tools.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
