Job Overview:
Welleazy Healthtech is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the execution of operational strategies across healthcare service lines. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process optimization, and people management capabilities, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- SLA & TAT Management: Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLA) and turnaround times (TAT) to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Handle rostering, absenteeism tracking, attrition management, and performance reviews.
- Client & People Handling: Lead customer service efforts, manage grievance redressal effectively, and ensure prompt escalation handling with instant resolution.
- Staff Development: Coach, mentor, and develop team members including onboarding new hires and supporting career progression.
- Productivity Leadership: Motivate teams to consistently achieve productivity, quality, and improvement targets aligned with organizational goals.
- Process Optimization: Plan, evaluate, and enhance business processes to boost efficiency, output, and overall quality of operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, HR, and Tech teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns/escalations in a timely manner.
- Escalation Handling: Deliver immediate and effective solutions to client concerns while maintaining service continuity.
- Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in KYC operations will be an added advantage.
- Data Compliance: Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
Candidate's Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or service sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-handling experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage escalations, ensure client satisfaction, and execute data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with performance tracking tools, CRM systems, and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
