Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow client relationships within the manufacturing sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Report weekly and monthly sales performance to management

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of industrial market trends
  • Preferred female candidate with relevant industry experience.

Additional Requirement:

Last 3 months' bank statement is mandatory for salary verification during the hiring process.
