Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a full-time team member, you will design, implement, and optimize chatbot solutions that deliver hyper-personalized, intelligent interactions for our enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in chatbot development and a passion for advancing digital transformation in the customer engagement space.

Skills

  • Experience as a ChatBot Developer — End-to-end involvement in chatbot project lifecycle, from ideation to optimization and production support.
  • Strong knowledge of Chatbot Frameworks (Mandatory) — Experience developing and deploying scalable chatbots across multiple platforms.
  • Strong interest in Conversational AI — Passionate about building dynamic and hyper-personalized user experiences across messaging ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework — Hands-on experience in building conversational flows and integrating ML-based natural language understanding.
  • Understanding of NLP concepts and tools — Capable of building context-aware and intent-driven conversational experiences.
  • Hands-on expertise in Rasa — Experience in intent recognition, entity extraction, and multi-turn conversation management using open-source solutions.
  • Practical experience with REST APIs — Skilled in integrating chatbots with backend systems for seamless data exchange and automation.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on chatbot development experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions using relevant chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Rasa for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, user flows, and conversation designs.
  • Integrate NLP and AI components to build intelligent, context-aware, and natural language-powered chatbots.
  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations with external systems to enable automated processes and data-driven interactions.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Document chatbot architecture, workflows, and integrations for effective knowledge sharing and maintenance.
  • Monitor chatbot analytics and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in Conversational AI to continually improve solution quality.
