Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer for our Chennai office. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in developing chatbot solutions. As a vital team member, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbots that redefine customer engagement for leading enterprises. Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience with Chatbot Frameworks such as Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill), enabling creation of responsive conversational bots for diverse enterprise needs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Dialogflow platform for building, deploying, and maintaining conversational AI experiences supporting various sectors. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid practical experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, developing cross-channel chatbots tailored to customer engagement. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong foundation in chatbot development, including conversational design, integration, and optimization for effective user interaction across messaging applications.
• Experience working with REST APIs to integrate external data sources, ensure dynamic bot interactions, and support real-time response handling for scalable systems.
• Applied knowledge of Natural Language Processing technologies to improve intent recognition, response generation, and elevate the overall chatbot intelligence and personalization.
• Familiarity with database concepts, data models, and CRUD operations to ensure chatbots can store, fetch, and manipulate user data as part of the conversation flow.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of chatbot solutions with core enterprise systems.
• Problem-solving mindset to effectively troubleshoot and resolve chatbot performance, logic, and integration issues across multiple channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade chatbots using leading frameworks such as Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework to meet client requirements.
• Design and implement interactive conversational flows and menu-driven interfaces aligned with business processes and customer journeys.
• Integrate chatbots with REST APIs and databases to ensure personalized, dynamic user experiences and smooth data flow.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and other developers to deliver tailored solutions for banking, insurance, retail, FMCG, logistics, and other sectors.
• Leverage Natural Language Processing to enhance bot understanding, intent recognition, and context-driven responses, supporting seamless human-agent handoff when required.
• Monitor performance metrics, perform debugging, and optimize chatbots for efficiency, scalability, and reliability on diverse messaging channels.
• Contribute to documentation and user guides, supporting end-users and client stakeholders on chatbot functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI technology, constantly innovating and recommending enhancements to elevate customer engagement and satisfaction.
