We are seeking an experienced AWS & Amazon Connect Developer to join our team working on a large-scale Digital Contact Center implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect configuration, development, and integration, along with experience in building and deploying GenAI-powered bots.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Amazon Connect for digital contact center channels (chat, email, SMS, voice).


• Configure and customize Amazon Connect routing, flows, queues, and contact profiles to meet business requirements.


• Develop and integrate GenAI chatbots using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Lex.


• Build and optimize AWS Lambda functions for backend processing and API integrations.


• Work with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver intelligent agent and customer experiences.


• Implement automation, monitoring, and scaling strategies for digital contact center workloads.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate contact center with external systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing tools).


• Document design, development, and best practices for ongoing improvements.

Required Skills & Experience


• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in AWS development and implementation.


• Strong expertise in Amazon Connect configuration, flow design, and development.


• Proven experience with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex chatbot development, and GenAI bot solutions.


• Proficiency in AWS Lambda and event-driven architecture.


• Experience with API integration and serverless workflows.


• Familiarity with IAM, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS in the context of contact center solutions.


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Python development experience for automation and AI integration.


• Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry contact center implementations.


• Knowledge of Contact Lens, Amazon Q, or other AWS AI/ML services.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
