Coordinates With: Executive Operations Coordinator (India)
Location: Work From Home – India (supporting U.S. operations)

Position Overview
The Executive Operations Manager (EOM) will act as the critical bridge between U.S. leadership (CEO/CFO) and the Executive Operations Coordinator in India. This role oversees daily performance and reporting for all U.S. retail and restaurant locations remotely, ensures KPIs are met, and communicates executive priorities to the operations teams. The EOM translates strategic direction into actionable plans, manages cross-border communication, and ensures smooth execution across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bridge Between Leadership & Operations
- Serve as the single point of contact for CEO/CFO for U.S. retail and restaurant operations.
- Translate CEO/CFO directives into actionable plans for the Executive Operations Coordinator in India.
- Consolidate reports, dashboards, and updates for U.S. leadership.
2. Operations Oversight
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for all U.S. retail and restaurant locations (sales, labor %, food cost %, inventory, compliance, and customer satisfaction).
- Support Executive Operations Coordinator in India to ensure smooth execution of SOPs, training, and policy compliance.
- Track store inspections, audits, and follow-up actions remotely.
3. Communication & Reporting
- Maintain clear communication channels between U.S. leadership and India operations teams.
- Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and escalations for the CEO/CFO.
- Schedule and run cross-time-zone meetings with area managers, store managers, or vendors when needed.
4. Project Management
- Coordinate U.S. new store openings, marketing roll-outs, or system changes from India.
- Track milestones, budgets, and deadlines for special projects assigned by CEO/CFO.
5. People & Performance Support
- Liaise with HR on U.S. staffing needs, compliance documents, and training initiatives.
- Help the Executive Operations Coordinator develop and monitor KPIs for support teams.
- Maintain employee performance and productivity records for U.S. locations.
6. Compliance & Confidentiality
- Ensure adherence to U.S. brand standards, labor laws, and internal policies (remotely tracked).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and personnel data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly reporting to CEO/CFO.
- U.S. store KPIs achieved (sales growth, labor %, compliance scores, inventory accuracy).
- Reduction in escalations and faster turnaround on leadership directives.
- On-time delivery of projects and initiatives assigned by CEO/CFO.
- CEO/CFO satisfaction score (qualitative feedback).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 5–8 years' experience in operations management, preferably retail or restaurant.
- Strong ability to manage remotely and across time zones.
- Excellent communication English and Hindi, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, KPI dashboards, and project management tools.
- Tech savy with High speed of internet and a dedicated workspace.
- Familiarity with U.S. retail/restaurant compliance requirements (preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential information and operate with high integrity.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
