Business Analyst

Role Summary:

Business Process Automation is recruiting a Business Analyst who will be joining a team of highly skilled technical professionals who focus on delivering solutions to the various business areas.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the implementation of diverse projects. The Business Analyst will work in a client-centric environment that ensures excellent service delivery for all our internal clients. This role will be responsible for gathering and defining business needs, setting project scope, creating detailed business requirements for implementation by software developers, creation and execution of test plans, system documentation and training/transition of projects to the support team.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Work with Project Sponsor to establish project scope

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements with business partners

  • Create and execute test plans to ensure the solutions meet requirements, performance and stability

  • Proactively recognize business trends and/or Company policies that affect Business Practices and make recommendations for process/system enhancements

Essential Skills:

  • Well versed working in an Agile environment
  • Prior experience with any of RPA technology/tool set like Pega, Robotics,Blueprism,UI Path, Automation anywhere and traditional automation technologies like .NET, VBA

  • Builds context by pushing beyond "how things are done" to understand "why" and uncover the underlying principles shaping the business

  • Operates with a strong understanding of the economics linking inputs to outputs and the value proposition of any work undertaken

  • Ability to communicate at different levels accounting for different technical and business backgrounds
  • Innovative, lateral thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Business analysis experience (processes & techniques)
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Experience with technology
