Job Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management & Optimization
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and other major ecommerce marketplaces (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Handle marketplace-specific requirements, compliance, and policy adherence
Performance Analysis & Growth
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Generate actionable reports on sales performance, conversion rates, traffic trends, and competitive analysis
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and sales velocity
- Track and optimize advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored products) across platforms
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with internal teams including inventory, Planning, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
- Manage product catalog updates, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Handle marketplace communications, resolve account issues, and maintain healthy seller metrics
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high seller ratings
