Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Quick Commerce Account Manager to manage brand partnerships, ensure on-shelf availability, and drive sales growth across multiple quick commerce platforms in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, improving operational efficiency, and aligning with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands/retailers across quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Business Growth
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, optimizing listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and availability.
Provide actionable insights based on platform analytics and customer behavior.
Work closely with the brand to implement merchandising strategies, launches, and marketing campaigns.
Operational Excellence
Monitor on-shelf availability (OSA), stock-outs, fulfillment rates, and customer feedback to proactively address issues.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
Ensure accuracy of product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions across platforms.
Performance Reporting
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, availability, growth opportunities, and competitor benchmarking.
Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with platform account managers, supply partners, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and best practices across platforms.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in account management, e-commerce operations, or sales — preferably in quick commerce, grocery, or FMCG.
Strong understanding of the quick commerce ecosystem in India.
Skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience working on dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
Customer-first attitude and a sense of ownership.
Language Proficiency
- English, Hindi, Tamil.
Preferred
Exposure to marketplace management or digital marketing tools.
Experience working with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, etc.
