About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is hiring dynamic and detail-oriented Female Quick Response Team (QRT) members to handle student inquiries and leads efficiently. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with excellent communication skills and an interest in marketing and admissions coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update student leads in the CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Meriito or similar).
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely engagement.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to student queries and provide accurate information.
  • Track and segment leads, prepare simple reports, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with automation tools, reminders, and communication workflows.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and admissions teams to improve conversions.
  • Maintain proper records and update communication logs in real time.
  • Share feedback and insights from student interactions to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, marketing support, or academic counseling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and coordination skills.
