Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, GST filing, financial planning, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an auditing firm, proficiency in Tally ERP, and strong financial management skills to ensure smooth accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Manage GST entries, tax filings, and statutory compliances.
  • Ensure timely TDS deductions and financial audits.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports on expenses, income, and cash flow.
  • Analyze expenditures and suggest budget plans for cost control.
  • Split accounts into categories for better financial planning.
  • Track pending payments, vendor invoices, and debt management.
  • Ensure salary disbursements and other payments are scheduled on time.
  • Generate and process invoices accurately.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from clients and vendors.
  • Plan upcoming payments, salaries, and debts to avoid financial delays.
  • Ensure financial stability by managing cash flow efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • One to two years of experience in accounting, preferably in an auditing firm.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, and Excel.
  • Strong budgeting and financial planning skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹19,000.00 per month
