Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations at our Coimbatore office. The role involves coordinating between customers, the sales team, and the production unit to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with existing and new customers for order follow-up, dispatch status, and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Support the field sales team with customer information, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Communicate with the production and logistics departments for timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, product details, and sample requests professionally.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS updates, and monthly performance summaries.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication and computer skills are also welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi and Malayalam added advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial or packaging product sales support is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic ERP or Tally operations will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

Attractive salary package based on experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
