About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce operations across multiple platforms, driving sales, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth execution of digital commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company website.
  • Analyze sales data, performance reports, and consumer trends to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, digital marketing campaigns, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely order processing, returns, and customer service management.
  • Plan and execute online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a senior/executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead junior team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹27, ₹45,000.00 per month
