Company Description

We are hiring for a large listed NBFC, into retail affordable and micro lap, business loans and gold loans.

Role Description

The Chief Collections Officer, reporting to the MD & CEO, will be responsible for overseeing the debt collection process, developing and implementing strategies to enhance collection efficiency, and managing the collections team. The current collections team is distributed as per the various business lines.

Key selection criteria

  • 20+ years of experience in retail secured collections of which at least 8 years of leadership role at pan India level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large delinquent pool in retail assets (LAP).
  • Ensuring the parameters of collections such as resolution rates, flows, SMA targets are met consistently.
  • Ability to present to the Board and to external media from time to time.
  • Demonstrated ability to usage data and analytics for predictive portfolio health.
