Marketing Specialist - Wastewater Treatment Sector

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to promote and grow our business in the wastewater treatment sector, focusing on Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth in this specialized industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for STP, ETP, WTP, and RO solutions to reach key decision-makers in industries such as municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the wastewater treatment industry.

  • Create compelling marketing content (brochures, case studies, whitepapers, website content) highlighting the benefits and technical aspects of our wastewater treatment solutions.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media) to increase online visibility and lead generation.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive lead conversion.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and build relationships with potential clients.

  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wastewater treatment, environmental, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of STP, ETP, WTP, and RO technologies and applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing or marketing to industrial/municipal clients.

  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment regulations and industry standards.

  • Certification in marketing or wastewater treatment operations is a plus.
