Job Description Responsibilities:  Strategy development and planning of marketing campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic, with a focus on lead generation. o Email marketing and reporting o Webinar planning o Sponsored events & in-person events o Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) o WhatsApp marketing  Implementation of the above marketing campaigns right from ideation, building creative assets to final analysis and refinement  Reporting on lead generation and conducting follow-ups with sales team  Creating engaging and informative content for the website, social media, and company collaterals  Creating client case studies and presentation decks for client presentations  Collaborating with sales and product teams to regularly incorporate product enhancements and new clients into messaging  Delivering custom collateral requests to sales team  Managing a team of 2-3 (including marketing executive, graphic designer, and video editor)  Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, consultants, and creative artists as per the needEducation/Experience (2 days WFO, 3 days WFH)
  1. Notice Period: Immediate joiners - 45 days

  3. 3+ years of work experience
Skills and Requirements:  Written & verbal communication skills  Time management of multiple daily tasks & ongoing projects  Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking  Creative writing and design ideation  Zoho, Netcore or other marketing tools experience is a plus  2+ years of experience in marketing, has a Master's Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
