About the Role :

108 ideaspace is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Salesforce-based solutions and services. Youll bring a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem combined with hands-on HubSpot experience to craft campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen 108's position as a trusted digital transformation partner for associations, nonprofits, and regulatory bodies.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure that every campaign tells a cohesive story, supports revenue goals, and delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation for 108's Salesforce services and idealAMS platform.
  • Shape 108's brand narrative within the Salesforce ecosystem, emphasizing innovation, open architecture, and long-term partnership.
  • Align all marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales priorities, and client acquisition strategies.

Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as ecosystem trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal Salesforce experts to translate project successes into case studies, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce industry developments to position 108 effectively in the marketplace.

HubSpot Campaign Management

  • Own the HubSpot marketing platform, including campaign setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, content offers, social, and paid media) to generate and nurture leads.
  • Implement effective lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies that align with the sales funnel.
  • Ensure smooth lead capture and handoff processes between HubSpot and Sales.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, and whitepapers that reflect 108's expertise and values.
  • Manage updates to website content related to Salesforce services, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure all content reinforces 108's position as a strategic partner for mission-driven organizations.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use HubSpot analytics and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Present clear performance reports with actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and content based on data-driven results.

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute webinars, partner events, and Salesforce ecosystem engagements to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and partner marketing teams on co-branded or joint marketing initiatives.

Marketing Operations & Collaboration

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation across campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
  • Support 108's corporate marketing initiatives (beyond Salesforce) when bandwidth permits — including website updates, brand campaigns, and social media.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Project teams to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, consulting, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how it aligns with customer value and positioning
  • Proven experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign execution, automation, and reporting
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline growth, and content-driven campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical ideas for non-technical audience
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Creative, collaborative, and adaptable — comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
