About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager with a strong background in the electrical power transmission and distribution utility segment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging with utility customers, and driving growth in the various type of HTLS conductors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within state utilities, central utilities, EPC contractors, and power transmission companies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Track upcoming tenders, bids, and projects across transmission and distribution utilities (PowerGrid, State Transcoms, DISCOMs, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the internal technical, commercial, and production teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, price movements, and emerging opportunities in the conductor and accessories segment.
  • Represent the company in industry exhibitions, conferences, and technical seminars.
  • Support marketing communication efforts – brochures, digital content, presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Achieve defined sales targets, order booking goals, and market share objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) preferred./Any Equivalent
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Business Development/Sales within the Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution domain.
  • Industry Exposure: Candidates with experience in Conductor, Cables, OPGW, or Transmission Line Accessories businesses will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of utility procurement processes, tendering systems, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results in a competitive market environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India for client visits and project coordination.
