Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations Management:

  1. Oversee and manage day-to-day supply operations for multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
  2. Monitor and manage inventory and fulfillment to ensure a smooth process from order placement to delivery.
  3. Coordinate with logistics teams and third-party partners to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock levels.
  4. Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  2. Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting actionable insights.

Order & Inventory Management:

  1. Monitor stock levels across platforms and proactively manage re-ordering and restocking based on trends, seasonality, and sales forecasts.
  2. Address issues related to product availability, order cancellations, returns, and customer queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

  1. 6 Months-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields
  2. .Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc
  3. .Experience with order management, inventory forecasting, and logistics management is a plu

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
