Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about digital trends and technologies, with a proven track record in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and social media.

Key Responsibilities: Primary Skills

  • SEO: Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Plan content calendars and campaigns.
  • Develop & Execute Campaigns: Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing content is aligned with SEO and campaign goals.

Secondary Skills:

  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • A/B Testing & CRO: Run experiments on landing pages and ad creatives to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Arefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media strategy, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) certifications.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or B2B lead generation.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹23,000.00 per month
