About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Digital Marketing Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and supporting the marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Support SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
  • Assist in content creation for blogs, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing collaterals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Handle day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internship/freelance experience acceptable).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.
