Job description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in handling outbound sales calls, client relationship management, and customer handling within the eCommerce or dropshipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to qualified leads provided by the company
  • Explain products and service offerings tailored to the customer's business
  • Convert leads into successful closures and build long-term client relationships
  • Understand customer needs, guide them through onboarding, and provide post-sale support
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM systems with call logs and status
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth execution

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, telesales, or client servicing
  • Prior experience in the eCommerce, dropshipping, or online selling domain is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and online platforms
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling clients independently
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
  • Male /female candidates both are welcome
