Job Title: Car Driver for General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the General Manager to and from meetings, events, airports, and other destinations as required.
  • Plan routes and adjust to traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, including regular servicing and inspections.
  • Maintain records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Assist the General Manager with loading/unloading luggage or packages.
  • Handle errands and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.
  • Familiarity with roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes calmly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior executives or VIPs.
  • Basic knowledge of car maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Defensive driving training or certification.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible hours; availability during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
  • Some out-of-town or overnight travel may be involved.

Job Type: Permanent
