Department: Vendor Operations

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, lead, and manage the newly established Cabs & Attachment Operations division.
  • Resolve issues raised by vendors, drivers, and customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to build and nurture relationships with vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Drive lead generation, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Manage and follow up on vendor and driver monthly payments, including GST-related processes.
  • Establish partnerships and tie-ups with corporate companies and showrooms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to new vendors—monitor their performance, address concerns, and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Approach and onboard potential vendors by explaining company policies, norms, and earning opportunities.
  • Oversee key tasks and develop project plans to ensure timely completion and compliance with deadlines.
  • Achieve vendor onboarding targets and meet assigned KPIs.
  • Monitor retention and turnover rates of newly attached vendors and drivers.
  • Coordinate with and support the call centre team as needed.
  • Provide training to vendors and chauffeurs on company standards, processes, and service expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations, vendor management, transportation, or related domains.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and creative thinking skills.
  • Highly skilled in planning, organization, and managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
