Factory Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Factory Incharge to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets. As a Factory Incharge, you will play a key role in driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement within the factory.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using production software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.

Qualification:

• Any Degree
• Male only

• 1 - 5 years
