OPening for part time/ Full Time Sales and Delivery Executive

Sales
· Ensure smooth functioning of sales at shop with adequate products availability.
· Ensure the cleanliness of all the products and environment and follow the proper safety precautions.
· Raise product request to concern project head and maintain adequate inventory to sale products at outlet as per the standard.
· Ensure better display of all products and ensure care label and pricing details in all products.
· Monitor all the inventory and accessories in the shop and report if any damages and wastages at outlet.
· Greet customers politely and provide adequate information to customers.
· Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients.
· Maintain relationships with clients and staff by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommend new opportunities.
· Monitor sales volume, revenues, and cost and improve the sales in sales point.
· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Ensure all the products meet the quality standards of the company.
· Assist with in charge in sales return and refilling stock in sales outlets as needed.
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Collect feedback and resolve customer queries in an effective manner.
· Maintain bill and ensure prompt cash collection.
· Maintain records for all inventory and sales and report to finance and project in charge.
· Inform customer complaints to the project In-charge as well as to Admin.
· Perform QC and packaging as needed.
· Coordinate with all projects In charge for periodic delivery and purchase requirements as needed.
· Provide day to day, monthly or periodic reports to finance and admin.
· Participate in all the meetings, events, programs, and stalls organized by the management.
· Aware of products and services provided by all projects and provide clear and relevant information when collaborating with them.
Assist with In-Charge for other admin related tasks as required
Delivery:
· Coordinate with all project incharge for day-to-day and periodic delivery and purchase requirements.
· Deliver orders within an optimal period of time, ensure quality and freshness of food products.
· Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions
· Coordinate with Incharge to Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.
· Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.
· Verify each product and ensure that you have every item stocked up with proper information for delivery.
· Plan daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
· Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
· Accept and record payment for delivered packages.
· Answer customers' questions and respond to complaints in a professional manner and report to admin.
· Obtain customers signature on delivery challan or paper upon completion of each delivery.
· Ensure cleaning, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle.
· Assist with incharge in sales return and refilling stock in sales outlets as needed.
· Promptly report any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.
· Inform customer complaints to the project In-charge as well as to Admin.
· Perform QC and packaging as needed.
· Ensure the availability of delivery boxes, covers, bags , tapes and pens and other purchase and delivery related items and report to admin.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 42 per week
