About the Role:

Smiligence Software Solutions is looking for a results-driven Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong ability to convert inbound leads into valuable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management – Handle inbound inquiries from various channels (website, social media, emails, webinars, etc.).

Lead Qualification – Assess potential clients based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team.

CRM Handling – Track and manage leads using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

Engagement & Follow-ups – Maintain effective communication with leads, nurture relationships, and schedule follow-up calls.

Performance Tracking – Monitor conversion rates and improve lead generation strategies.
