Role Overview

  • Oversee and drive all lead communications through to sales closure, including delivering presentations and conducting initial product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to understand client requirements, map solutions, and provide detailed demonstrations.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key client contacts for ongoing growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Demonstrate experience in team leadership and actively contribute to expanding the sales team.
  • Foster long-term client and partner relationships to continuously build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (valid passport required).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales to both private sector and government clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of RPA, AI, SFA, BI, ERP, CRM software solutions.
  • Experience in team management and sales strategy development.
