Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer, located in Indore. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for customers. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical problems, and offering field service support when necessary. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation of every customer interaction and working closely with the engineering team to find optimal solutions for customer issues.
