Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our IT team. The role includes providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote troubleshooting tools, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and email configurations.
  • Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve tickets within SLAs.
  • Maintain IT assets, incident logs, and ticketing system records.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patching, and antivirus deployments.
  • Support network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of IT support or service desk experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, AD, Office 365.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
  • Understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL Foundation.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS environments.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
