Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer, located in Indore. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for managing desktop computer systems, providing technical and printer support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment. The role involves day-to-day problem-solving and collaboration with teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware management
  • Experience in Technical Support and Printer Support
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
