Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who can expand our client base, identify new business opportunities, and help the company grow through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
  • Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline

Client Communication & Sales

  • Explain company services clearly (UI/UX Design, Web Development, App Development).
  • Conduct meetings, presentations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
  • Follow-up to convert leads into active clients.

Relationship Building

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams for project requirements.

Market Research

  • Analyze trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Suggest sales strategies to improve conversions and reach targets.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/agency domain).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and pitch the right solutions.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
