We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our Customer Support Voice team supporting US clients. If you are based in Indore or Kolkata, possess strong communication skills, and are flexible to work during US night shifts, we want to hear from you
As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support over voice channels, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support via voice channels (calls).
Address and resolve customer queries related to products or services promptly.
Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
Follow company guidelines and ensure compliance with customer support policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Meet key performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
